A home business venture can take a lot out of you especially during the start up period. Try this delicious fruit smoothie recipe to start your day.
It’s rather simple to conjure and I can spell the names of nearly all the fruits I use. I vary the ingredients according to what’s in the fridge so it’s not always the same ol’ same ol’.
Here’s what you would need.
Delicious Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- One cup of lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice or apple juice.
- One cup of sliced peach, kiwi, mangoes, pineapple, plums or grapes
- Half a cup of frozen fruit such as raspberries, blueberries or strawberries.
- Two bananas
- A table spoon of honey
- Half a cup of yogurt, soy milk or just plain milk
- Some unsweetened protein powder (proportion according to serving advice)
- Some ice, if you want. (I like mine sans the ice)
Blend until smooth and enjoy your delicious fruit smoothie.
