Delicious Fruit Smoothie Recipe

A can take a lot out of you especially during the start up period. Try this to start your day.

It’s rather simple to conjure and I can spell the names of nearly all the fruits I use.  I vary the ingredients according to  what’s in the fridge so it’s not always the same ol’ same ol’.

Here’s what you would need.


  1. One cup of lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice or apple juice.
  2. One cup of sliced peach, kiwi, mangoes, pineapple, plums or grapes
  3. Half a cup of frozen fruit such as raspberries, blueberries or strawberries.
  4. Two bananas
  5. A table spoon of honey
  6. Half a cup of yogurt, soy milk or just plain milk
  7. Some unsweetened protein powder (proportion according to serving advice)
  8. Some ice, if you want. (I like mine sans the ice)

Blend until smooth and enjoy your .
